"This hotel was in a good location near the mall with many options for dining and shopping, many within walking distance. The room not only was clean but smelled clean. The parking was good and in front of my room. I felt comfortable and safe at this hotel and if the necessary I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Dirty rooms, sheets with hair and stains. Smoke alarm covered with grocery bag. "

"My only real concerns were: 1. The hotel lists people’s names on white boards at the front desk to welcome them for their stays. That seems like a serious breech of privacy since anyone else checking in or simply at the hotel now knows these people are present. 2. Hotel cleaning staff leaves replacement coffee cups, stirrers, creamer, etc., on your door handle if you leave your privacy sign up, signaling to others that you are possibly not in your room and your belongings are unattended. I don’t like feeling unsafe at any hotel. This is not a seedy hotel at all but I believe that these two practices, which seem well intended, should be abandoned for privacy and safety reasons. "

"The room did have a stain on the carpet. Their was an extension cord that was coming out of the wall be the beds for cell phone."

"You could see light on all 4 sides of the door when it was shut and dead bolted. We were put next to the dumpster and dog relief area and they pic up trash at 5:15 every morning. Our AC didn’t work the first night and when we asked about it they said don’t set it lower than 72, which is nuts!! The carpet was dingy with several stains. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see the top of my head and I’m only 5’6”. "

"Room was fine. We got the bigger suite and had enough room. Some furniture was new,others like the sofa were old and stained. Comforter on bed had a few black stains. Mattress was very comfortable. HVAC was fine. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options though breakfast area itself can get overly crowded. Pool area is fine but we missed having a hot tub. Patio area off pool is too small. It was quiet but we heard it can get noisy. Property outside and inside common areas were well maintained. Too expensive but that's Arizona this time of year! Plenty to do nearby, shopping, restaurants, and theaters are close. "

"The room was perfect. I loved having coffee and tea in my room to make. The bed was so comfy. Nice and quiet at night. The young man who was in charge of breakfast did an outstanding job keeping up with all the peoples needs. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was perfect for us . We came to watch the Padres and loved that we could walk to the park to watch them. We will definately be back!! The Ostbergs"
