「Friendly staff, dinner was fine; but the room is a bit small.」

「Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.」

「we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

「What a gem of a place to stay. Right on the shore of Loch Lomond with stunning views. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in a spacious room. Yes, you can here small amount of noise from above but we would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely fabulous」

「The shower was good but a bit small.there was no staff except a girl in the bar who was lovely but didn't come from the area so couldn't advise me about anything. The whole building needs refurbished. No biscuits with the tea etc.the price was good.」

「The property was nice overall, pretty much a place to sleep, while you visit around the area. The staff was superb and super helpful, in every way possible. The negatives are that the TV would lose signal, hence no way of connecting to local and/or online. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall there is nothing really wrong with it. No complaints on the food or bar.」

「Lovely hotel. Amazing staff. Only downfall was the church bells that ring on the hour. Including overnight. Would stay again even with the chimes due to the amazing staff and homely feel of the hotel.」

「Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season」
