「Stayed overnight and had prepaid for breakfast. Went down when breakfast opened but there were many students staying and had formed a queue around the dining room. We didn't have time to wait as had to catch a particular ferry. Told receptionist when we checked out and was told "they paid too". Not impressed at customer service.」

「Our room was clean and had tea/ coffee making facilities. Toiletries were also provided. The view out our window was of the castle. Good location. Hotel requires some updating and there are a few stairs to the rooms. 」

「Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.」

He told me I would receive the code the next morning. Phoned three numbers on to get an entrance code as there is no one, on site. Eventually managed to get an answer on the phone to be told, we were not booked in, that it was expedia's fault, booking was not confirmed. They then said, that they would find us accommodation. 「Lovely, clean and warm. Ideal location for the train and a walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again. 」

「Absolutely disgusting thick with dust on the fan and light shower tray was dirty to electrical fuse box cupboard was unsecured right beside the bed. Will not be back as over all not a great stay. For the same money I could of stayed elsewhere for the same price and not worry about the cleanliness.」

「The Crinan hotel was lovely , the staff were amazing , could not have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant in my opinion was excellent, beautifully prepared and the portions were good . The location was stunning and would definitely stay there again .」
