「Extremely unsettling to check in to a motel via a kiosk and not a live person to work with. Not sure If person on screen was real or AI. Supposed person told me they were located in Wisconsin. Motel was in FL! To weird. Never going back. 」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Tampa was booked due to the BTS concert so we decided to reserve the closets possibly and this was the only place under $200 we could find. I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but the place is falling apart. The bed covers need to be changed they have rips and holes. The bathroom door frame was broken like someone had kicked the door and broke it. It resembled a scary movie room.」

「Continental breakfast was great. Our room was clean, very accommodating, we needed to use the sofa bed and they brought up a mattress topper for us. Fitness center was great. Liked the small hotel feel. Great alternative if you can’t find a place right on Clearwater beach. 」

「my first night I saw 3 roaches, then the owners, lady was nice but her husband was a bit rude. overall the place needs improvements in cleanliness and customer service 」

「The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. Super clean! Ample, easy parking. Breakfast was great. We stayed two nights and different options each morning. The breakfast crew was especially kind. Would definitely stay if ever in the area again. 」

「The room smelled like someone was smoking inside room for years , came back at night and smelled like weed inside the room! In the morning there was a roach walking on toilet patter and about 4 hours after check out called see if they found my daughters light stick and they put my on hold for 10 mins than took my phone number and never called me back to say anything at all! Besides that Jessica I believe was her name at check out was nice but honestly would never stay here again oh and i forgot...

「I wouldn’t ever stay here again. First room I was given smelled like urine. Staff was nice and immediately put me in another room but the bathroom was nasty. There were red stains in the tub, toilet didn’t flush properly either.」
