There was rust and mold on the fridge and dirty socks , the room reekd of something undefined and cheap cleaner and made my eyes water. Asking to move because I couldn't breathe made the attendant subversive and passive aggressive. Lots of transient people hanging around. No accommodations can be made with the attendant and trying to work thru the app while on premises was frustrating. Will look elsewhere because not considering staying again, ever. Mostly the attitude of the front desk and lack of consideration or convenience. Rude .

This “hotel” is disgusting. We had to go through four different rooms to find a room that wasn’t smoky dirty. The door shut the beds made. This hotel is complete trash. I would not recommend anyone stay at it. Staff was just as bad and didn’t care that the rooms were disgusting and not clean.

No dishes or pans in the kitchen. Only 2 towels in my room. After prepaying I was informed that they charge $26 nonrefundable pet fee for pet cleanup. When did this start? Woke up by toddler playing in the hallway. Even after the renovation earlier this year, the carpets on the 3rd floor were stained and nasty.

I ended up checking out early to go somewhere else because there were bugs throughout the entire room. I’m not talking about 1 or 2, I get it’s Florida, but it was about 15 I killed the only night I stayed, from brown beetles to cockroaches. The staff was incredibly gracious and understanding when canceling and gave a full refund.
