"The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster. Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free of charge. ($5 per day, it could add up for longer stay). Happy with my choice of hotel for the first San Jose visit."

"Room was comfortable and staff super friendly, no coffee first morning on already limited breakfast bar...found a hair (not ours) in a kitchen drawer and an already used bar of soap on top ledge in shower ..so cleaning not perfect..but overall was fairly clean with fresh bedding, etc. Also, room on ground floor and people above us were VERY loud...stomping/banging around...but not the hotel's fault there ..we have stayed here a few times and have always found it comfortable and convenient. Be sure to ask for ammenities at front desk...not even paper towels in kitchen, but you can get everything you need if you just ask! I like that it has a full kitchen too with full size fridge and a stove. (Not all units have an oven so be sure to ask if you need that). All have microwaves though."
