「It was the very best vacation and property experience we have ever enjoyed-bar none. Staff were gracious & friendly. No request was any trouble, and they went above and beyond on everything. Created a memory of a lifetime. Immaculate well appointed room with small heated pool on patio - only yards from a pristine beach. It also came with impressive spa facilities. LOVED IT!」

「Everything ok with the room, and the customer service ok but the hotel has a lot of hidden fees and they don't tell you until you check out, you see extra charges on your card and also they don't send you a receipt to see what are those charges you call them and they tell you what are those charges but never sent you the receipt.」

「Llevo años quedándome aquí con mis hijos y al hacer check out siempre nos quedamos un rato en la piscina antes de irnos. Esta vez nos cobraron por quedarnos ese rato, $50 por cada uno (éramos 3) mas el estacionamiento que lo mismo q estaba la noche. Demás está decir que ya tengo otras opciones de hotel para futuras ocasiones. Pero todo lo demas siempre es de nuestro gusto.」

「Super todo, 10/10. Todo limpio, incluía todo lo que indica la descripción y más. Es ideal para varios días, yo me quedé con mi mejor amiga y su madre para hacer un 5k en manatí y solo nos quedamos un día, y no pudimos disfrutar todo lo que incluía, de verdad que recomendable, lo guardamos para volver a repetirlo.」

「My stay was okay. We were mainly in the hotel to shower, dress, and sleep. The only amenity we used was the pool, there’s not much amenities to access. The WiFi didn’t work. The restaurant staff on the rooftop were way more helpful. Someone walked into our room without knocking then claimed she’s the supervisor. I could had been in the nude. That was very unprofessional, I wouldn’t stay here again .」

「Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.」

「My stay at Casa Lucienne was amazing! It was an experience unlike any other. My favorite part was the open roof, where I could sit outside my room, drink my coffee, and enjoy the sound of the rain falling. It was truly peaceful and memorable. I will definitely stay here again!」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」
