「服務人員專業親切」

「The hotel is very clean and the staff super helpful. Overall the food is fantastic but as a vegetarian it would be good to have more vegetarian options for main course. The pool looked lovely but as it was unbelievably cold I didn’t go in, which was a shame, as at the time of staying it wasn’t so hot that you would immediately recover from being freezing. It might be good if they could organise the lounge a bit better, as often you would have entertainment acts as well as live football on tv...

「Upgrade from hotel room to an apartment was a nice touch.」

「The only thing I didn't like was the bingo at the entertainment, it was painful. Overall a brilliant stay x」
