Room was veey clean, smelled good, the only complaint is that their TV's are not SMART TV. The Samsung TV was not capable to watch Netflix Hulu, Tubi and other streaming services on my accounts because the hotel has it set up for just their tv channels. It 2025 and for the level of customer service at a Holiday Inn Express, their TV should be updated, so it was a bummer to watch news, and old TV shows But other than the TV issue it was"
