The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. "We were upgraded to the sister hotel down the street, which was new and had a great parking garage. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only issue, is these hotels were both on a main road. Not, overlooking a lake as portrayed. They were convienent to the train station to Zermatt. But, definitely more in a city than countryside. We also wished there were windows we could open. We had to keep our deck door open at night, which was a bummer because people kept smoking outside."
