「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「Hotel was definitely decent. Breakfast buffet was nowhere near what they claimed it to be very basic and we had a stain on our comforter but the room was definitely clean」

「DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

「Expedia didn’t book thru Expedia. Had to get a reservation when I got there. I hope Expedia didn’t charge for our first reservation we thought we had. 」

「No complaints! Room was clean, food was good. Location worked well for us. Although pet friendly, not dirty or lots of barking. Gym could use more but not a reason not to return.」

「The toilets arm in the tank was broke and we had to had lift the thing inside the tank to flush. They had no other room available. Then the air conditioner had to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. It shut off and didn’t restart unless unplugged and plugged in again. 」
