「The bed wasn't comfortable hard .the pillows were small they had four on the bed with varying densitys took two to make one. Liked everything else staff breakfast. There is a pool and hot tub we didn't use didn't see any one else use them. Clean and very busy place close too everything restraints stores .」

「Told me I could check in early but when I arrived my room wasn’t ready, pool was close and green, the pool room smelled like rotten garbage, the fireplace didn’t work, a house keeper came into my room after I checked in」

「Honestly facility is great and all. But no communication within staff. Was told 75 dollar deposit would get reimbursed but instead was charged per fee for my animal service dog. Originally was told no fee but next day management said that was not notified and that she didn't believe me until I brought paperwork stating is service animal. I advised was barely here from texas and would have to look through everything and just said she could reimburse if I brought paperwork work later. So...

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「Beautiful room.The accomodations were excellent except for the very low toilet seat and the very heavy blankets on the beds. You have to choose between sheet only and the haeavy blanket.」

「Honestly the hotel was alright. I would echo the same things that other reviews mentioned about it being very noisy with it being next to a major road. The sounds went on all night and breakfast was not the best. The hotel was decently clean but it looked short staffed so you could tell it wasn’t kept up with the way that it probably should have been. Extremely thin walls as well I could hear the neighbors next door snoring all night and the ones above you could hear the tiniest foot step that...

「Room was in terrible condition. Broken/cracked mirror, significant wall damage, some areas of the walls were not even painted, ripped screen on window, stained furniture, and the over all smell in the hotel was something we can’t even explain. Key cards stopped working 4 hours before check out. Bags of garbage sat in the hallways on the 2nd floor all day and into the evening. If it hadn’t been our son’s graduation and all hotels in the area weren’t booked we would have walked out. This room...
