「Property is brand new and well built. An excellent value for what we paid !! Would definitely stay again. 」

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

「Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Service was pleasant (I didn’t have a need for them other then check in). Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for included hotel breakfast. I usually skip them, but enjoyed this one! Convenient to I80. 」

「Breakfast is always fresh, always the same as well. Expect sausage links that you hope have actually been in the roaster for a while so they have browned for some flavor. You will also have cereal, toast, waffles, plain donut holes, some fruit, yougurt as well as orange and apple juice, milk, tea, hot cocoa, and coffee. Now a plus is during the week they have dinner they serve on most nights with fresh warm cookies. Hot tub is only in room that you upgrade to, typically around $90-$100 plus tax....
