「The staff were friendly and we liked the little kitchenette. The hallway flours and elevators were always stained and dirty. I never saw them being washed in the 6 days we weee there. The toaster machine didn’t work and the yogurt machine was off and on. Biscuits, even they had them were good.」

「We had to wait over 20 mins at the front desk to check in because no one was working it when we arrived around 6pm. We had to call Expedia to try and contact someone because no employees could be located anywhere. She finally came in from her vape break which is where we saw the same employee all weekend. Never at the desk always outside vaping. Also, they didnt have towels, pillows and when asked this same desk clerk was obnoxious about it. The pool is by the elevators and there are no rugs...

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「Room was in terrible condition. Broken/cracked mirror, significant wall damage, some areas of the walls were not even painted, ripped screen on window, stained furniture, and the over all smell in the hotel was something we can’t even explain. Key cards stopped working 4 hours before check out. Bags of garbage sat in the hallways on the 2nd floor all day and into the evening. If it hadn’t been our son’s graduation and all hotels in the area weren’t booked we would have walked out. This room...

「This hotel is adorable with very unique and colorful rooms, took me back to my grandparent’s house in the 70’s. An elevator was down, it was really hot by the ive maker on the 9th floor. The staff was lovely and very helpful」
