「Room was clean and comfy. Pool was WARM. Hot tub was HOT. Breakfast was normal. We would stay here again. 」

「The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed a comfortable stay with our two dogs. The one thing I might mention is that although the property is dog friendly, they didn't have a potty station for disposal of pet waste. We always clean up after our dogs, but we weren't sure where they preferred us to dispose of the waste bags. Also, I think if there was a pet station on the property there would be less waste left in the grass around the property.」

「This was a unusual place to stay. The room was tall and short. It gets cleaned once a week if your a long stayer fyi. Breakfast is decent. 」

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」

「Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound...

「DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

「Kickback appetizers and breakfast was pretty good. Large enough space for many to enjoy and a decent timeline. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Clean room and vet spacious with a big bathroom and living area. Pool is nice to have an indoor and outdoor option. Hot tub was an extra bonus but that water was cloudy. 」
