「All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area.」

「The outside of the property is not very aesthetic, but don’t let that fool you! The amenities are well taken care of and the rooms are very nice. The staff is so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything they were all so accommodating. 「Our room was very dirty. The bathroom toilet had rust on it. The pull out bed, which I paid $30 extra for was hidden with a sofa cover because the coach was very old and dirty. When we pulled out the bed. It was covered in mold. The mattress had a large blood stain covered in mold. We complained as my adult daughter had nowhere to sleep. They brought her another stained mattress and covered it with a mattress pad. We found a cockroach the size of a finger next to her bed. I asked...

「Excellent location; it provides the bare essentials. The only downside—though it has nothing to do with the hotel itself—is the swarm of mosquitoes present at night and in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.」
