The only challenge was the family room where the bunk beds are basically in a closet with no air and no windows, paired with a really loud air conditioning. The front desk was very attentive and ready to help when we asked. good experience overall. "

"The room configuration was very strange. It seemed to be designed for a single ASA person. Thank goodness I packed ear plugs because the bed was at the door and the door would rattle and you could hear anyone walking down the hall or opening/closing their door. The A/C would constantly switch on and off loudly throughout the night. The TV was positioned over a desk that was not viewable from the bed or the couch. Never watched. The bathroom had a single sink but two showers and a tub. Just weird. Also, the bed only had a bottom sheet and a duvet. No duvet cover or top sheet. Hover, the bed was comfortable and the room overall was clean. "
