「Our second stay here in the course of a week and this time wasn’t great. The TV’s in our suite didn’t work and after mentioning this to the front desk which I had to go downstairs to speak with because our phone also didn’t work…no one ever came to fix it although I was told they would! I ended up unplugging and figuring it out for the living room tv. Bedroom tv never worked at all! Besides this tv issue, the hotel is clean, other staff were super nice and helpful! It’s equipped like a home...

「Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. 「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「Interesting little hotel. Nice bath tub which for me is always a big plus. Bedding is not great. Bed is very soft and sheets and pillow cases mismatched. No duvet or blanket. No breakfast but free muffins and coffee. We did not do dinner there so cannot comment on the food but it looked pleasant」
