「Really lovely stay, location is great, atmosphere from the pub, staff were really warm and relaxing. Room was nice, comfy, the hallway outside had no light at own door which made it tricky to find key, but really minor but would be great to add. However no issues and had such a great stay, ate dinner and breakfast in the pub and the staff were attentive, food was great. Would 100% stay again! 」

「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again」

「Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again 」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. Great price for the convenience and facilities. Thank you ☺️ 」

「The room was a good size. clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. 」

「The cabin was amazing, so much nicer than we’d expected for the price. It had everything we needed, even a hairdryer & iron. Will definitely stay in one again. The Leisure facilities were great too, though the outdoor hot tub was not available which was a shame. 」
