「The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. 「The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It...

「Would appreciate a sign on site, and on reservation site about parking across street at city parking garage. Without a driveway or pull off in front of hotel on one way street for check in/out, it was awkward and dangerous.」

「I booked one of the rooms that had access to the courtyard on the ground floor. It was nice to have the option to sit outside, although people did walk by outside. We were able to take our luggage out through the courtyard to our car without having to pull it upstairs to the check-out desk and then downstairs to the street. Chuck (?) was very helpful. The breakfasts were were fresh and filling. We had omelets, bacon, muffins, croissants with jams and butter, yogurt and fruit, juices and coffee....
