"The property is very close to the university but wish they would offer discounts rather than jack the price up on stays when they know there will be a lot of parents on campus some of us are already spending quite a bit just to get to the location. Also if staying there the Hub is right next door and you can see someone’s entire living quarters from your window so recommend keeping shades drawn. Lots of restaurants surrounding building and they close off streets on Saturdays for a festival that looked pretty fun. But overall the hotel was kept in great condition and the staff we’re super hospitable!"

"My sister and I only stayed for 2 nights, and within those 2 nights we instantly noticed a moist smell throughout the hallways that lead into our room. As we inspected the room, we noticed there no was no coffee machine which is okay since we saw a coffee maker in the main lobby, yet what we didn’t respect about this hotel was the dirty shower and wobbly toilet seat. The staff however was okay, and for the most part seemed quite reserved rather than welcoming. Also, I would like to note that this area is not walkable to any of the USC campus and had no ways of getting there other than a car. This was unfortunate because we spent lots of $$ on uber and were expecting to be able to walk due to the close distance it showed on a map. This was problem because this made collage touring more expense and more of a hassle. Lastly, this area was not great for nights since it was noisy and we noticed that there was a sheer curtain covering our window which did not give much privacy at all which was scary to worry about since we were placed near the parking area. "

"The room was so small, we barely had room to walk. The location is downtown, so it was noisy and they do not have a parking lot. You either have to pay for valet or pay for parking at the parking meters. Speaking of valet parking, we were charged twice for valet parking when we did not use it at all. Please review receipt to make sure there are no additional charges. Also, one of the staff was rude when we mentioned the valet charges. There was no microwave in the room. We booked the queen size room. The shower is nice and that is the only thing nice I can say about the room. Will we be returning in the future? No!! It was not for us and what we are used to when staying at a hotel. But try it for yourself. You may have a different experience. "

"The address on goggle has the wrong street entrance, it’s confusing for people coming in out of town The staff was very nice and welcoming The lady that worked the kitchen on the morning of Tuesday the 31 of March was extremely pleasant and made breakfast a pleasure to eat, more hotels need a server like her who appears to love her job and the people she serves.
