"Very clean room and I appreciated the hardwood floors rather than carpet. The trade-off for that is noise, however, and I could hear a lot of doors closing as people came and went. A little noisy facing the street too even on the 7th floor. Room was well-appointed with good use of space, but it is on the very small side. Nice bathroom and I appreciated the soap and lotion. Bed is decent. Comforter could be more comfortable. It was scratchy. Prices were inflated the night I stayed due to USC move-in, so if I had paid the normal rate of $150 rather then $380, I’d be a lot more satisfied with the overall experience."
