「Breakfast staff was kind, friendly, and approachable. Front desk staff was, as well. The pool was a reason we picked the hotel (for a child) and it was far too cold to enjoy. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known it would be too cold to use. That was the reason for a lower score.」

「This property serve breakfast in the morning. It was the same breakfast eggs hard boiled dried up sausage cereal. They never changed the menu couple times the coffee was ice cold I don’t like waffles so I was very disappointed that I did not get a good hearty breakfast」

「The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. 」

「I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. 「The front desk staff was seated behind a computer screen, obscuring her from view. She did not stand to address me nor offer appreciation for the Hilton Honors status. The staff member was unhelpful, offered no details about breakfast, check-in/out times, or complimentary water. She was obviously uninterested in making the guest experience a priority. 「Free breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and freshly prepared. This was a very nice and clean hotel with all of the amenities. Downtown location was close to everything we wanted to see. You do have to pay for overnight parking but that’s expected for a downtown location. 」
