AND, WHEN THE FRONT DESK SAID THAT "SOME PEOPLE ARE LIGHT SLEEPERS, SO WE OFFER THESE AMENITIES," I SUPPOSE I SHOULD HAVE RUN. BUT THE PLOT OF THE STORY IS THAT A TRAIN THAT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW BLARES ITS WHISTLE FOR 1 MINUTE EVERY 15 MINUTES AFTER 11 AT NIGHT UNTIL ABOUT 2-ISH. THE FRONT DESK GUY TOLD ME THAT IT DOESN'T HAPPEN EVEY NIGHT, BUT IF IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE THERE, IT IS A BUMMER. DON'T BOOK THROUGH A 3RD PARTY SITE BC THEN YOU CANNOT HAGGLE FOR ANY MONEY BACK. "

"Clean room and location is right in the heart of Columbia. We were very disappointed by the fact that there was an issue with the room keys during our stay, very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get a staff member to let us into our room every time we left. It’s also very loud + didn’t get much sleep due to sounds outside all through the night."
