"From the moment we got off of our plane, we called the hotel and they picked us up from the airport within 10 minutes. They hotel staff and manager were amazing. We had a King size room and it was very spacious and very clean. The shower had a great shower head and nice hot water. The breakfast was complimentary and had a variety of great options. The shuttle to the airport was on time. We only stayed 1 night because our flight that day was canceled due to bad weather. We were lucky find a hotel close to the airport on such a short notice. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you! PS.. There's a Sonics in walking distance of the hotel. Lol"

"Overall a decent experience. The bathroom setup in our room was a bit funky providing little privacy with the sliding doors that don’t shut all the way or lock. Also, there is only one outlet available behind the nightstand in the middle of our beds so only one of us could charge our phone by the bed and the other had to use the outlet in the office area. The highway noise was a little loud for my liking also as it was right outside my window. The pool was ok except there was a chunk of somebody’s hair and a pink headband on the floor when we got to the pool at 3 PM. When we went back to the pool around 10:30 that was still there. Gross! I know somebody had been in there because the towels had been restocked."

"Dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. All other linens were fine. Fire TV had no internet and didn’t function. No coffee in room. Very pleasant staff."

"Room was ok. Not all of the staff were friendly. While I understand the limitations of parking in that area, guests are required to pay an additional amount to park in a garage across of the street seemed excessive. Surely Hyatt could absorb this cost for guest. "

"Not the quality I expected from a Marriott. We got a room with a connecting door and could clearly hear what was going on in the next room. When it was dark, you could see light under the door, so no sound proofing or privacy. Pictures are deceiving for the room, no fan in the bathroom. Eh, it served it's purpose. Pool area needs some work. Pictures are slightly deceiving."
