「Hotel is good, clean but a little bit far away, buffet breakfast is okay but can be better, the susage is terrible 」

The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. 「Location on the grand canal across from the train station where the water ‘bus’ stops are, so easy to get around. First night in a single, just a twin bed but a new bathroom and the best shower I have had. Second night, different reservation, larger room with a good shower. Both were clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Looked like a popular place for tour groups and they kept things moving. I didn’t have breakfast or use their restaurant. A bit if a walk to the main tourist sites,...

「酒店的入口有兩個一是水路一是陸路。 我是從陸路入的十分難找 房間的冷氣不能自行開關 需要到大廳叫服務員開或者關很奇怪 整體房間整潔度一般 但房間是有特色的有古舊的味道 我們選擇了望河景的房間 慶幸被安排在最高一層 所以沒有嗅到內河怪味 酒店為處聖馬可廣場步行約10分鐘 步行往其他碼頭也要8分鐘 」
