"We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt overwhelming if you preferred to relax instead. The balance was just right. The buffet food had a great variety of dishes to choose from each day. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and catered to a range of tastes, so there was always something to look forward to at mealtimes. We were there out of season so can’t comment on the kids club etc as there weren’t many children. Rooms were a great size and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a great holiday experience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a team of staff who clearly care about making your stay special. Definitely recommended. "

"Everything was completely 100% spot on, the studio with every little detail covered that you could need in an apartment, the staff, all very friendly and so helpful, the young guy in the restaurant just brilliant help with my gluten intolerance. "Fantastic stay in Sand Club apartment, thank you. Everything was great, very clean, well provisioned and convenient, and close to decent amenities. Good shower and plenty of towels and dish cloths. Good bed and bedding. Slight drain smell in bathroom but cleared when we opened the window. Pool was clean and a good size but was, unfortunately, freezing, but then it is December! We particularly liked the privacy of the balcony and the sun for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive on the phone and on the app, although we would have preferred to have had the check-in details a bit earlier, these did not come through until after we had left home, that was a little disconcerting. We would not hesitate to return. Thanks again "
