There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

The pillows were heavenly. I slept like a baby every night. Like sleeping on clouds. Reception is open 24/7 and you can actually see the staff cleaning and maintaining the clean environment almost all the time. I can’t find any faults at all. I also loved the personalised postcard from the manager Javier. I will definitely be back. Great for a romantic getaway or even a solo trip away from the city life and work. Aesthetically pleasing hotel. Every angle is great for picture. Well done team. 10 of 10. 5 star."
