"We have been to Santa Barbara many times (we obviously like it) so knew what to expect. It is well located, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food and drink prices are reasonable albeit cheaper in local bars of which there are plenty. There’s a lovely beach walk to Los Abrigos where there is a fabulous fresh fish restaurant we would recommend. The bus stop is nearby with hourly services either way. There’s also several interesting golf courses. Being an aparthotel you can eat in if you want or to save money. We had breakfast in every day sitting on the balcony looking at the sea which was very pleasant."

"Stayed for a night, not worth the money and rating. Not worth the value for money. Rooms are old style, door frame broken, the staff not much helpful. Had an issue with the balcony door and could not sleep properly due to wind making terrible sound. Told us we have booked cheap room and we could upgrade with additional pay. Food is ok if you don't have a high standard. But overall not worth the money. "

"This was our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely recommend it! The staff are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful from the reception desk to the bars and the entertainment team work so hard, the kids all adore them (our child had talked about them since our last visit and was so happy that they remembered her!) Rooms are a really good size, clean and well equipped. The only area for improvement is the buffet. The food they serve is really good, however, we often found it labelled incorrectly and it would be amazing if more dairy free options were available as there were days when there was very little choice and never any suitable desserts. Other than that, everything is fantastic!"

"our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean! "
