「Rooms were nice, staff was friendly.. overall we had a great stay.」

「OK」

「Every member of the staff was helpful and very nice. Room had everything we needed. Room service was great.」

「good」

「near the spectrum center.」

「Watch out for the $35 parking charge. Hotel already looking a bit dated. Pool inexplicably closed. 」

「This was a very convenient location to the Spectrum Center, less than a 2 min walk. The check in process was a little confusing as it is not on the first floor. A more streamlined processes through the valet service, explaining the check-in process would have been helpful. There just wasn't enough valet service employees to handle all that is expected of them.」

「Staff was great! Breakfast was good!」

「Clean, neat, comfortable -- everything worked and great location!」

「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」

「Elevators were not working properly, time lost waiting for it and had to walk to other side of building to use elevators that work. Cleaning policy is that rooms are not serviced daily, it has to be requests. I requested it twice, no action. Called 3rd time and servi came at a different time than agreed.」
