"I have stayed several times at this resort and this was the first time that I did not enjoy my stay. I want to start by saying the staff is great and hotel is clean.
I was placed in a joining room next to a family. They were very loud, I could hear everything, smell what they were cooking and they were up very late (1am). The most annoying was the children kept trying to open the joining door. The next morning there was no hot water, so I had to start my work day without showering. Thankfully water was fixed when I returned. On the last night, someone was smoking and could immediately smell in my room, I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. Check out day the elevator was not working, so a bit inconvenient. I was staying for business, so getting sleep and showering for my business appointments was important. I realize everything that happened was out of the hotels control, but still made for a less than satisfactory stay.
