「Breakfast was very good」

「If you didn't know Gallops had a motel above the store, well neither did I! I will start by saying I didn't know they would be charging an additional $150 on top of the $100 for the room, with the promise of returning it in 4-5 business days if the room was clean and orderly. We had the extra but in case others don't, remember that. Anyways, the guys behind the counter were fine. Some were a little hard to understand but we got checked in and up to the room. The room was spotless. It's weird...

「I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). The little garden surrounding the building and the deck in back both were very nice. I...

「I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.」

「Hotel slightly run down . Shower had mold and water damage showing. Beds are very high and hard for a short person to get in to. Coffee is now ground and brewed upon request in dining area and was good.」

「We really enjoyed our experience at the Hyatt place hotel! Newly remodeled, nice lobby and facilities. The room was very nice and very clean. Bed clothes outstanding! Hotel situated right next-door to shopping and numerous dining choices. Would eagerly stay there again.」
