This is a great basic no frills hotel. Price through Expedia including $25 pet fee was $117 for a king bed studio. Hard to beat that. Kitchen supplies, coffee maker, hair dryer are not in the room but available if you ask. Everything in the room worked well, really nice shower. Lots of outlets for your electronics. Plenty of grassy area to walk the dog.

Breakfast is oatmeal, muffins, granola bars and coffee. Walked in to the smell of weed the first night, but was gone by the morning and didn’t smell it again. Full kitchen was clean and well maintained. No complaints here! Property seems to be well maintained, rules enforced, and staff was very professional and helpful with my every request.

This hotel was one of the cleanest, friendliest, and best air conditioned that my family and I have stayed at for awhile. The only complaint would be that they only had a grab and go breakfast. A full service would be so much better!

Staff were friendly upon arrival. Hallway carpets are dirty and worn - need to be replaced. Rooms were clean and acceptable. Doors were not handicap friendly. Breakfast was meager.

Pros: Front desk staff was incredibly polite and helpful, shower got hot and had good pressure, bed was comfortable and linens were clean, AC worked well. Cons: When I first arrived, there were orange crumbs all over the lobby area floor and the hallway smelled musty. First room I was assigned was dead-bolted from the inside and I could not get in. Second room I was given I could tell had been cleaned, but poorly: an animal or pubic hair on the toilet seat, a wad of long blond hair on the bathroom floor, more blond hair in the shower, there something pink smeared on the bathroom counter, what looked like blood spatter on the walls in the bathroom (not murder scene level splatter, probably a small injury or menstrual splatter), dirty handprints on the side of the fridge, a spider living next to the AC unit plug, and the ceiling in the bathroom had evidence of black mold all above the shower. I went to the store and bought sanitizer wipes and wiped down everything I could reach before unpacking and settling in. I woke up stuffy every morning I was there, probably because I'm sensitive to black mold and there was some growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.
