Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent! When we arived the heater for the pool wasn't working but the staff member said they called the maintenance guy to come fix it because they had a lot of guest wanting to swim. By the time we went to the pool it was working! Top notch service and we will 100% be staying again. A great hotel!

The room was roomy and the housekeepers kept it clean. The breakfast was delicious with many choices like waffles, sausage/ turkey sausage, bacon, turkey bacon, toast, assortment of breads (bagels), oatmeal, toppings (banana chips, pecans, almonds, brown sugar, chocolate chips, dried fruit) for the oatmeal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, and juice. The area was close by a Walmart and restaurants.

The room was good and clean! The issue was the breakfast: bagels were sitting in a sopping wet container, both coffee urns were empty and when the assistant was informed, he shrugged and stated “now I have to go make some coffee!” , the bananas were black and not fresh, and the variety of food stuffs for a Fairfield was significantly lacking. Thank you.

I was appalled to find no electric outlet available for CPAP equipment near the bed! After some back and forth with the front desk, they finally agreed to locate a power strip and assist in setup as it required someone to get down on hand and knees to unplug the overhead light before plugging in power strip. I have never had such an experience! All other travel locations have had multiple outlets in the nightstand area. Big design flaw.
