「We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is newly built, modern, and very clean. Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.」

「Ok, so it’s a 3 star, but they seem to be pushing that to the downside. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful, but I’ve never really experienced bad service generally in the US. The hotel however, is pretty woeful. It feels like a very old property that that are trying to squeeze a last decade out of before it’s condemned. Nothing really works that well; only 2 of the 3 lifts work, the rooms are shabby, the bathrooms even shabbier, room service is non-existent…they have a green towel...

「Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.」

「I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit...

「We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. (When I spoke to him 2 days prior and he never mentioned this or the fact we would be checking ourselves in.) We were told to go on in and our door combination was given to us over the phone.
