"I'm still awaiting to hear back from Expedia. I'm supposed to get a full refund in the amount of $73+ dollars. I did not stay at the property. In fact I only arrived to get abused, made to feel threatened, and made to flee the property. Still as of right now 24 hours later both Expedia and the property are holding on to and benefiting from having my money while I got nothing in return but one of the worst customer experiences possible."

"I LOVE THE BALCONY!!! I had such a wonderful stay here!! I especially love the balcony - it was the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Garden of the Gods, which is just a short drive (GREAT LOCATION!!). In the evening, I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the peaceful view, SO RELAX AND PEACEFULL!!
