「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info.」

「The Fairfield brand is usually very nice, but the king mattress in this room should have been replaced long ago. The mattress had lumps and depressions that made rest impossible. I complained to the front desk, maybe future travelers will avoid this problem. 」
