「This is one of the best places- proximity to historical sights is close, the rooms are modern and comfy. Great AC! The host communication was excellent and generous! Spacious and modern rooms. The price for what you receive was wonderful. From the outside you wouldn’t expect it to be what it is so follow host instructions closely. 5 out of 5 stars」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」

「Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not.」

「This stay was absolutely lovely!! Clean amenities, comfortable beds. Everything aside from a washing machine, that you could want on an overseas stay. The beds were comfortable, the hairdryer was actually a good one (for those ladies that have crazy hair like me) and the AC worked great! The host was fabulous and even helped us with our bags to our apartment that was a block away from the hotel location itself. Speaking of location, this is by far the best place to stay when in Rome. Trastevere...
