Especially Chenille, who did my check in process and was very polite and accommodating throughout my entire stay. She became a familiar face I felt comfortable coming to when in need of assistance. 「The Papagayo Hotel property was clean and well maintained. We got an ocean view room and enjoyed the balcony and view. The hotel has many amenities including being right on the beach. We were close to stores, restaurants, markets and more. Staff was friendly and the hotel was well designed. Loved our time will be back !」
