「The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again.」

「Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.」

「The property does not feel safe. No hot water. Water leaked to the next floor. Online pics is definitely not what you get I do want to say though the woman I checked in with and the young lady I checked out after booking another hotel that night, were great it was not their fault and the manager who reached out to me refunded me my money with no questions. The customer service from the employees was great. It definitely was the property that made me rate this terrible 」

「The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced」

「I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience 」

「Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back」

「The hotel is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Free parking and very affordable prices. It's just that the room is a bit too simple and there are no windows for ventilation. The room is a bit decorated.」
