This hotel was definitely nice & clean. The only complaint I have is that we stayed 2 nights & the 2nd day, their wasn’t any room service.I called twice at the service desk to bring new towels & after we had supper,I still had to go down to the desk myself to get the towels. For this hotel to be this nice, that was ridiculous.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and had great amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, waffles, french toast, cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Monday through Wednesday they had an event in the evening with free food and drink. The staff were very nice and accommodating They had a great indoor salt water pool and whirlpool. All in all a great experience.

Check-in was super easy. Said, the gentleman who helped us, was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the location was quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town.

The staff was attuned to our needs. We got in late and had to leave early. There was an attendant at breakfast that made sure we were being helped if we needed anything. I drove from Minnesota to Florida and back to Minnesota with Make a Wish. We had several stops on our way. Aside from the Make a Wish Villa supplied for our little traveler, this was the best stay of our trip.
