「Exceptional beautiful room, so spacious decorated to perfection. Wonderful large bathroom with extra large bath tube. Breakfast was the most delish we have had in the UK. Location in walking distance of all shops and the Kelso Abbey just across the road. Exceptional stay. 」

Put the heating on when i arrived as room was cold but soon warmed up.comfy bed only thing to suggest is changing the stair carpet as was not in the best condition.」
「Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you.

「Great price and room for the weekend. Only 3 dedicated parking spaces out front and if they're taken you have to move your vehicle every 2 hours around the square because of parking restrictions.
Stairs and passages are tidy but could do with an update.
