「Nice little studio apartment in a quiet neighbourhood a 10-15 walk from vieux Lille. Check in was very smooth. No AC but the fan supplied was good enough for.me. Note that if sharing the apartment there is little to no privacy as the shower is open to the bedroom and there is only a curtain between bedroom and toilet.」

「This was an amazing apartment. It was clean, non-functional, well equipped with an amazing view. We were visiting during the heat wave and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The building itself was modern with a really good Italian restaurant downstairs along with a nice coffee bar. It was really close to Lille Europe railway station and there was a big supermarket only 5 minutes walk away, Othmane, could not have been more helpful and pleasant.」

「Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague.」

「Fabulous. Great location, close to an amazing boulangerie and to train stations making it the perfect place for day trips away. The facilities were great, everything we needed was provided. The beds were super comfy. The only suggestion for improvement was the sofa that we had- it was really low so people with mobility issues struggle to get on and off it. Everything else was perfect! Would highly recommend, thank you!」
