"The room was clean, breakfast average. However, the room faced the tram and train staition and it was loud therefore till late in the night. The room was soundproof and I did not heard anything from the neighbours' rooms."

"The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport."
