I booked this property for my first time visit to Lille for Christmas and it turned out a disaster.
Frankly, this has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a property, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special Christmas break. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Let me outline the issues clearly:
- Misleading Room Representation: The rooms offered are nothing like the ones offered on Expedia (I've attached pictures of what we were given and what you have listed on Expedia). This clearly is false advertising and the condition of the room was well below expectations. To the point we had to change rooms 4 times until we were given an acceptable room.
- Unhygienic Conditions: The toilets in the first three rooms were filthy beyond belief. I would not even feel comfortable using them. Again, photos attached for your reference.
- Parking Disaster: Parking is also advertised on Expedia and even though we messaged your team via Expedia saying we needed parking when your automatic email was sent after a booking is made and had no reply.
When we turned up at your property, we were just told it was full, meaning the only option is to pay 30 euros a day parking in the mall next door. This means the total cost of our stay will be around 90 euros. The price of parking is way way way more expensive than your room.
We spoke to your reception about this, they just said we should have told them. Hot water issue as well!!!
