Great service and teas!

Really lovely stay. Loved the free teas and snacks available in the Club. Only annoying thing was the metal headboard which didnt work well when leant on - noisily pops in and out. Oh and the lift which has a mind of its own.

Great hotel in a good location to wander around Lille centre. Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly. Cosy, clean and functional room. The clubhouse is a lovely space to relax in and grab a snack.

Rooms was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was limited in choice. Work was being carried out at the entrance to the property, which was a bit bothersome, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Fabulous staff!!

Fabulous customer service despite the air con not working on a very hot weekend, the staff did everything they could to make it up to us. The hotel is clean, Modern and stylish and the free soft drinks and snacks in the lounge is fantastic.

I would've rated the hotel as 5 stars however on my last evening and following morning there was no hot water. When i mentioned this to reception, the staff member was exceptionally rude and unapologetic. I was bluntly told that someone was coming to fix it that morning and "issues in hotels get fixed quickly" - well then, why wasn't it resolved the night before? It still hadn't been fixed by the time I checked out at 12pm. Why not just acknowledge it was an issue and apologise? Not happy with how I was treated. Aside from this incident, the bed was comfy but i found the duvet too warm for summer temperatures. Complimentary snacks and lounge area are great. I didn't have breakfast as i thought €19 was a bit steep - there are plenty of options on adjacent streets with great coffee.
