Good views from top floor and fantastic aircon which was very much needed as it was a London heatwave. All employees were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and good. 「Die Lage ist einzigartig mit der riesigen Parkanlage. Ein richtig tolles altenglisches Herrenhaus. Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht. Einziges Manko ist das Schwimmbad, welches erheblich renovierungsbedürftig ist. Eigentlich würde ich es schließen, weil dieses überhaupt nicht dem Anwesen gerecht wird. Duschen verschimmelt, von den Decken löst sich die Verkleidung. Das Wasser war trüb. Ganz lieblos und runtergekommen. Das superschöne Anwesen hat diesen Pool sicher nicht verdient. Wir haben...

「登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。」
