「It was great 」

「Very good staff! Have a nice quick breakfast every morning to get the day started. Parking was safe and secure! Would defiantly stay hear again! Enjoyed our stay at The Best Western Plus Bluffton/ Hilton Head Hotel Okatie, South Carolina.」

「Not sure if it is specific to an Expedia booking, but we got the worst rooms of the building in front of all the AC compressors or at pavement level on a busy street. The AC was very noisy. 」

「We always stay here when we travel to Tybee. We have tried the other hotel behind Tybee (Hotel Tybee) and we prefer Sandcastle Inn much more. It’s an older hotel as they all are there but it is clean and the staff is top notch. They don’t have an elevator so if you require one definitely ask for handicap accessible room. It’s about a 3 min walk to the beach and it’s very conveniently located walking distance to Tybrisa street. They have an outdoor pool that is well kept as well. 」

「We came down from Massachusetts for a wedding. I reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told that I have a room with 2 full beds, and was also told that the hotel didn’t have any queen beds…but online I specifically reserved queen beds. After proving that I reserved queen beds. The girl at the front desk then tells me that the hotel does have queen beds but “they were not clean”. So which one was it? You do or don’t have queen beds? When we got into our room it was terrible....
