「Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable but not much lighting, they have a lamp but it didn’t work in our room or my parents’. 「En lo personal no me gustó, llegué q las 9 de la mañana y no me permitieron la entrada a la alberca ni al pie de playa hasta la 1pm solo estar en el loby hasta que fuera la hora, la habitación no tenía frigobar, solo cuenta con un restaurante por lo que no es tan versátil el desayuno, comida y cena, el bar solo cuenta con 4 bebidas, son demasiados estrictos por lo que ofrecen y no es tan económico el All inclusive. Sin contar con el mal trato de la recepcionista que parecía le estaba pidiendo...
