Overall I liked it. Close to the better beach attractions, but old fashioned in service. Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7.

Even do we knew about the huracan that lately stroke Acapulco...this property was really really in very bad condition...the outside it wasn't too bad but the rooms...they werenot very pleasant.

Horrible costumer service from the moment we got to the parking lot . Only reason we did not leave because kids we had in our group were extremely tired . The hotel is old / dirty / front desk are rude . Will never stay at this hotel again . I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had to .

Lo que no me gustó es que en ningún lado comentan que las instalaciones están repletas de escaleras, en caso de llevar a alguien con la mínima discapacidad se vuelve un tormento Al igual que se publicitan, que cuentan con estacionamiento, lo que nunca dicen es que es muy pequeño y queda sujeto a disponibilidad, lo que repercute en que tú auto se quede estacionado en la calle.
