"Beat up proper. Basically someone has bought up a bunch of beach properties and called them part of the property. Pic on site are not consistent with our room. Run down. Lots of deferred maintenance. Called office twice for disposable cutlery. “We’re checking on it”. Never called back. Gave up and walked down the alley to a restaurant. Basically on an alley way. $1300 for 2 nights. Better places to stay for the price."

"Room was very clean, kitchenette was stocked with necessary utensils, location was very good, and staff was very nice. I would say some upgrades are needed and maybe a washing machine would be nice. Walls are thin but when you sleep with a TV on it helps tune out. But all in all, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. :)"

"The location and view were excellent. The room was in need of an update ( walls needed paint , stained seat on chair, very roughed up furniture) but was otherwise clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Some TLC should be given to the outside seating areas to clean off the furniture and sweep. The continental breakfast was great and the complimentary cookies were too!"

"This is a unique spot. Views were incredible, the room was comfortable (a bit loud from floor above). Staff was awesome"

"There was no beach view from my room but the hotel yes. I was placed in an annex not the main hotel. The annex had a weird configuration. Only the valet/maintenance staff that I interacted were amazing. They made parking tolerable in an otherwise insane town for traffic. The room was very clean and had interesting features like a comfy robe and a diffuser. An amazing grocery store was across the street. The hotel is very well situated to downtown and the under construction promenade and the main beach."

"Still wondering where the pool was, other than the wonderful view (only because we paid for their best room probably) Never received check in details, had to find a phone number to call to check in cause the office was closed. Beach access if it was the one we were supposed to use was closed for construction. No direction as to where anything was. The folder inside our unit said conflicting times for check out. Also said one parking spot per unit however then we get charged for parking? Says there Are beach towels and chairs available yet no one there to help."
