Very nice hotel overall! We stayed in the Delux room, 1 king bed. Very modern and clean. Few things, the door can be hard to unlock sometimes, we had a few ants in the shower and no elevator to go up to the rooms, so be mindful or carrying your luggage to your room.

Our stay at studio 14 W. was incredible. I wish I could remember the staff's names but upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk at his manager were so nice and accommodating. The hotel is extremely clean. The room was definitely like being at a five star hotel. The amenities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious. And again just need to mention staff members. I wish I could remember their name front desk manager's housekeepers everyone you encountered were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

The door didn’t close without locking it with a key, room was very small for adults and 2 children, was a little in the humid side so we have gnats so my husband bought and hung bug tape, and the AC was a boxed window unit that blew more towards one area other then the beds. For the price, honestly, we wouldn’t stay again. The best part was friendly staff and Ralph’s was right across the street.

Property and rooms need to be updated but location was excellent. you have a store right across street that sells everything. you can not swim on the beach at this location but you just walk down a little ways and you can. staff was excellent we would stay again

Excellent hotel for families. Right next to a Ralph's, and 2 restaurants right across the way. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel does definitely need upgrades but overall our room was clean. The suite we stayed at easily accommodated 5 of us, we got the king bed and the sofa pull out which was perfect and we still had another sofa in the room. The pool area was so nice with a gazebo. The location was so perfect to catch the trolley so we didn't need to drive anywhere. All of the staff were super friendly.
